To support our continued growth forecast, A&L have a need for an exceptional Sales Support Representative to join our team.
As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for the preparation of accurate quotes & sales estimations, liaising with customers to report job status, placing orders, scheduling jobs, responding to incoming calls and ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner.
Ideally candidates will come from a Customer Service/Sales role (estimating experience is highly regarded), with experience in the manufacturing, building, construction or a unique product industry. An understanding of house plans along with competency in Microsoft applications and SAP will be highly regarded but not essential.
Possessing excellent interpersonal & communication skills, you will have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic and natural ability to thrive in a team environment. Your enthusiasm, positive attitude and can-do outlook will see you shine in this role.
