This newly created role forms an integral part of our National Account Management team as a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP).  This unique role is based on-site with our retail customer, performing replenishment planning activities.  As a pivotable link between Kellogg’s and our customers logistics and commercial operations, ensuring that replenishment activities are executed accurately, service levels are optimised and joint business KPI’s are met.


This is a great stepping-stone for an experienced Territory Manager or Sales Representative from within the Grocery or FMCG sector to make a career move towards Account Management!   


Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • Develop and agree performance measures and systems/processes used to optimise the VRP program to achieve collaborative benefits of cost, quality & service for both parties
  • Identify opportunities where Kellogg’s can deliver a more effective level of customer service , efficiency in process as well as facilitate stronger customer relationships
  • Develop procedures to ensure finished goods inventories are maintained at levels which support consumer demand and agreed days of supply.  This includes the management of out-of-stock processes
  • Develop, implement and execution of promotional plans 
  • Carry out demand forecasts to drive the replenishment plan  

Skills, experience & attributes sought:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business related field
  • Previous experience gained either from Territory Management, Supply Chain management or related role in the Grocery field
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship development skills & experience
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Someone who is driven and motivated to achieve great outcomes
