Outbound Sales Representative
Kelly Services are recruiting for a results driven Outbound Sales Representative for one of our leading global clients.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of products to the Oil and Gas and mining industry. Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative for a temporary to permanent role.
This global organisation operates in over 33 countries and has in excess of 8,000 employees. They produce over 80,000 different products such as plastic caps, fasteners, flange protectors and many, many more.
This is a permanent role.
Location: Welshpool
Working Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary: $55,000 - 60,000 + commission + 15% annual bonus
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience within outbound telephone sales/ business development with the ability to qualify leads for the business.
The role:
· Call new and existing clients to promote the business with the view to try and generate a quote for the client
· KPI’s of around 60 calls per day
· Follow up on warm leads (customers that have enquired about products or catalogues at exhibitions)
· 90% office based, 10% face to face visits with customers
· Build database and contact information
· Work to increase the overall sales for Perth
The person:
· A proven track record in Outbound Sales within a results driven environment
· Someone from a sales background that wants to progress with a global company
· A professional and outgoing nature and able to handle objections
· Someone that enjoys working towards targets!
