We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven sales person to take charge of business development, securing new contracts and closing sales.  

The role will be heavily focused on prospecting, building relationships and brand awareness within the Building, Trade, Mining and Civil Construction industries. The day to day tasks include obtaining and working leads, making the introduction and closing the sale. 

Reporting to the Director, this is a highly autonomous but key role and the successful applicant will work closely with our team at the head office in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a great opportunity to expand your career in sales and be part of shaping the future growth of the company. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

· Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and Industry professionals

· Experience within the Building, Trade, Mining and Civil Construction or related industries will be highly regarded

· Experienced with phone and face to face sales and confident in calling a mix of cold and warm outbound calls

· Superior communication and negotiation skills

· High level of attention to detail and ability to follow direction

· Self motivated with a well organised work ethic

· Ability to quickly absorb new technology concepts

· Strong Computer Knowledge and a genuine interest in new technologies

· Thorough understanding of OH&S regulations

· Current driver's licence

You will be responsible for: 

· Identifying new sales opportunities and leads

· Managing the full sales cycle from initial call through to closing the deal

· Onsite demonstrations of our products, key features and benefits based on their business needs

· Preparation, negotiation and submission of quotes to your customers

· Execution of sales strategies and long-term planning

· Weekly reporting on Business and Market Activity

· Ability to communicate, present and negotiate in a professional manner

· Setup and Maintenance of a CRM system

  • Base salary + super + UNCAPPED COMMS - $100-120k OTE (very realistic).
