ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, Trinity Auto Group is a substantial, multi-franchise Dealership, located on two sites in tropical Cairns – North Queensland. This extensive business is represented by a committed and professional Team, to which we wish to add a New Vehicle Sales Trainee at our Earlville Dealership.
Experience in Sales would be a distinct advantage, however we are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, who wants to learn the Industry from the ground up, and preferably is passionate about people and vehicles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and develop existing and new Customers through appropriate product offers and ethical sales techniques to maximise quality of service, business growth, and Customer satisfaction
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Effectively respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate processes
- Use and update Customer and Prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate Customer retention and source Referrals
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A sound understanding of Sales processes and their strategic execution in order to meet and exceed targets would be highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills
- Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Queensland Driver's Licence is essential
