About The Company:

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing you will work closely with the sales and marketing team supporting them to win work across Australia.
About the Role:
The role of Sales & Marketing Support focuses on performing sales & marketing administration duties and basic customer engagement to support the Business Development team. The role aims to enable the front-end sales team to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively at all levels with internal stakeholders
- General administration and office support duties such as responding emails, document formatting, developing presentations and reports
- Support the sales team with any administration duties
- Manage incoming calls and refer them to the appropriate sales team member
- Coordinate tenders with the internal sales, operations and marketing team
- Maintaining the integrity of customer data in the CRM system
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise task
- Confident, reliable and focused on delivering on agreed actions
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a sales driven environment
