We are an innovative orthodontic practice, part of a global network of specialists across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the U.S.  We love staying ahead of the curve and implementing the latest technology, including Invisalign, to create brand new smiles for our patients.

We need your help to drive us to the next level and that means increasing the number of new patients that come to our Practice. 

You'll need to be self motivated, a natural go-getter, love achieving targets, great at building rapport, and able to sell through 'trust' rather than seeming like a 'salesperson'. 

We are looking for a real team player who supports others whilst still driving towards goals.  

Key roles:

  • Build relationships with surrounding dental specialists, thus building on our already successful network
  • Lead our sales team of patient consultants
  • Conduct one-on-one sales consultations with patients, so you can lead the team by example
  • Use our existing systems to keep up to date statistics on close rates, throughout every step of the sales funnel
  • Manage our email marketing software and strategy
  • Attendance at local, national and possibly international conferences will be key to your continuous learning and innovation
  • Liaise with our digital marketing service providers (The Invisible Orthodontist)

Essential:

  • Business development/Sales experience (at least 3 years)
  • Qualifications in Marketing/Sales/Business
  • Driven personality who has a proven record in achieving sales targets

A base of $90k (pro-rata) is on offer.  We are willing to negotiate 4 or 5 days for the right candidate.

After 3 months, we are keen to agree upon a commission structure to help motivate you to reach your goals.
