About the role:
We have an opportunity for a sales professional to join our company to support a range of IT-related services, solutions and applications that are making a real difference in the lives of schools, students and educators.
  
This sales role is primarily a face-to-face consultative role that will involve new business development. You will help our clients leverage our range of ICT, Learning & Analytics solutions. Ideally you would have a background in IT Sales, be self-driven, enjoy achieving and over achieving budgets and targets.
  
Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Establish regionally focused sales strategy targeting our clients in the region to achieve or exceed assigned quota using solution sales strategies
  • Uncover challenges facing our customers and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Work collaboratively with peers in technical, marketing and development teams.
  • Provide updates and report for weekly  meetings.
  • Ongoing self-education to understand educational trends within the K-12 domain knowledge areas and best practice in learning technologies to provide insight to customers.

 

About you:

You are a passionate and experienced relationship-builder and solutions sales professional with a technology, software, or managed services background. You will ideally have:

  • 3 – 5 years experience in selling analytics, software and/or IT products and services to new customers.
  • Track record in IT field sales and experience in Cloud, IT Managed Services, Software or Direct B2B sales
  • Tertiary qualification, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a technical capability to learn and understand a diverse range of products and services
  • Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritise your own workload and to work autonomously.
