My client is a well branded name in the industry with an outstanding reputation in the industrial market. With offices based nationally, they are now the for front of quality industrial products.
Due to their continuous growth and thriving success over the last couple of years they are looking to expand on there Internal sales team due to current promotions internally. This is not your average internal sales role, this a role which will see you deal with builders, project managers, contractors and architects providing updates on production status and ensuring specific requirements are met, for all types of different products needed to complete specific jobs. This is a very technical and solution-based role as you will be assisting your external sales reps and their customers on a tender from start to finish.
Skills required:
- 2 years proven internal sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding time management
- Taking inbound client inquiries
- Liaising and creating new sales with previous clientele
- Generating quotes and following up
- Processing of orders
- Handling general customer enquiries
- Working with customer to find suitable solutions and products to suit their needs
On Offer:
- Base Salary of $60-65k
- 9.5% Super
