As we grow and develop our brands, our aim is to remain the go-to brand for our customers by creating hardworking tools with sensible designs.

We are currently in a high-growth period which means our team is expanding and we are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our Sales department based at our dynamic and fast-paced office in Doncaster.

This role will report to the Key Account Managers and will be responsible for providing data analysis and administrative support within the national accounts retail department. Additionally, this role will be involved in developing, preparing and executing new product initiatives and major range reviews. While this role is predominantly admin based, ideally this role will progress and develop into a more customer-facing role with increased interaction and involvement with our customers at a strategic level.

Industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Managing and logging sales activities
  • Collating reports and analysing data in order to identify customer requirements
  • Monitoring stock and managing old/new lines  
  • Liaising with our customers on new store merchandising, store changes and roll out of new products
  • Preparing various documents using standard templates
  • Proofing catalogues and advertising material
  • Database entry and system administration
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers by delivering exceptional standards of customer service at all times

Skills and experience

  • Versatile and able to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and written English
  • Great attitude and ability to represent our brands to our customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages such as; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
