We are currently on the lookout for a talented Merchandiser, which is internally known as a Sales Activator, to join our Off-Premise team supporting NSW WEST territory.

• Tuesday – Saturday 8.30am – 5pm
• Autonomous field based role
• Fixed Term Contract until July 2019
• Package includes fully maintained, non-branded car

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will focus on ensuring Red Bull is available for purchase in your corporate stores within your defined territory. This includes supporting the stores to ensure their stock levels are correct on Red Bull products, both when they are on and off promotion. You'll ensure the stores are compliant to the set national agreements and promotions and drive over and above activity in your stores.

You will do this by:

• Driving on-shelf availability and customer compliance within your territory.
• Ensure effective Point of Sale placement within stores.
• Liaise and build relationships with grocery store management.
• Achieving core range distribution.
• Gaining optimum positions for displays.
• Placing and influencing orders.
• Completion of weekly reports in a timely manner.

• Sales or Merchandiser experience
• Be a self-starter individual with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously, organise, plan and handle your time effectively.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Having shown a willingness to exceed customers expectations
• Position suitable for a recent graduate.
