Opportunity for a senior Account Manager with experience in software sales and exposure to the resources industry to join a leading SaaSSaaS company.

Our client is a market leading international software provider, specialising in enterprise-scale, browser and mobile-capable solutions.

Description

As the Account Manager, your focus will be generating revenue through the existing customer base and meeting customer satisfaction and client retention metrics. Our client is looking for a driven, team player with s a passion for technology solutions.

You will be responsible for to following:

  • Frequent contact with customer base to drive incremental revenue streams
  • Meeting individual and team account management revenue targets
  • Working with our customers'customers' senior managers and directors to build business cases and influence decision making
  • Working with Marketing to drive campaigns, complete follow up and provide feedback to continually improve our marketing message
  • Identify and maximise business opportunities for existing customers both locally and internationally
  • Negotiation of new contracts and management of existing contracts with clients

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years'years' experience in client account management
  • Proven track record of success, ideally in software sales
  • Team player and ability to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail plus good administrative, multimulti-tasking and prioritising skills
  • Experience working with medium-to-large organisations
  • Strong relationship building, communication, influencing skills and commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, forward thinking and a can-do attitude
