Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships? SMAART Recruitment are now looking to join a leading Australian provider of telemarketing and outsourced business development services across Australia, for national and international clients.

Our client have been operating since 2007 and are based in Manly Vale. Being a BPO, they work across a variety of industries like I.T, Financial Services, Insurance, Construction and Healthcare just to name a few.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new clients and introducing the benefits of the company. It will be vital for you to build and maintain long term relationships with prospects and existing clients throughout the sales process.

You will also be working closely with the account managers to make sure that the campaigns are implemented in the best possible way and that the clients receive a great return on their investment.

You will also be in charge on briefing the team working on the campaign, script and strategy development and reporting. As an Account Manager it will be your responsibility to retain clients and create new business with existing and new clients.

Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience in B2B sales and Business Development Management
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and well presented
  • Experience in exceeding high sales targets
  • Strong background in selling and closing deals
