ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our Client is a company located at Pacific Hwy, Slacks Creek, that offers a unique and creative product range to complete the look of their customers home. Specialising in Kitchen and Bathroom Ware to unique artistic feature tiles that can be shipped Australia-wide and are fully insured.
Servicing a niche market, Our Clients showroom features tiles and products that are designed by an artistic and energetic team who have drawn inspiration from diverse cultural influences, and are constantly striving to refine, reshape and reinvent their profession.
ABOUT THE POSISTION
Your new position will be very straight forward. It will be a showroom-based position following the normal sales process. You will use your customer service abilities to build great rapport with the customer. From there you will begin to ask those key qualifying questions, such as what they are looking for? Have they shopped for the product before? What do they usually like when it comes to said product? Etc. using that information, you will then solve the customers needs by supplying the perfect product.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Will have experience in a face to face sales role, either trade based, tiles, kitchens, plumbing, lighting etc or big box such as furniture or white goods
- Will be a team player, that has an open communication style
- Will know how to close a sale using the correct techniques
