Due to our ongoing growth and expansion, we require a Business Development Manager to deliver high quality service to our clients. You will work as part of a dynamic and client orientated team to deliver sales targets in the area of facilities management and its integrated services.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Visiting clients and presenting/promoting the Facilities Management service we provide in Clubs, Health Care, Aged Care, Hospitality and Education would be preferatible
- Liasing with and presenting to Clients
- Identify business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with prospects
- Following up new business opportunities
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating new service developments to prospective clients
- Writing reports
- Providing management with feedback
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of Business Development Management and demonstrate the following:
- Sound knowledge of the industry, Statutory Legislation and WHS
- Sales, Communication or project management qualification
- Must have excellent communication and IT skills
- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
- Diplomacy with great creativity/marketing skills
- Organizational Skills and attention to detail
- Team working and leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
- An ability to stay calm under pressure
