Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for sales of Schaefer Pallet Racking and Storage systems within the Perth region through prospecting for new clients and managing the existing sales through networking, cold calling, advertising and by phone & face to face contact.

Primary responsibilities include

·         Planning & meeting Sales goals

·         Managing & maintaining existing clients

·         Increasing business with existing clients

·         Actively seeking out & developing new business opportunities

·         Providing quotations

·         Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company

·         Managing large scale projects as needed

·         Maintaining all Sales activity within CRM package

·         Showroom Sales & presentation

·         Reporting activity and performance within company guidelines

Core competencies and attributes

·         Previous experience in end user sales is essential

·         Government and General Industry contacts is essential 

.         Practical knowledge and experiance in the Mining industry would be beneficial.

This is a full time position working along with a highly customer focused team. The successful candidate will be self motivated and have a "can do attitude" as well as possessing a detailed work ethic. Excellent people and communication skills are essential.

This is a significant, strategic role within the organisation and as such an attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to attract an exceptional candidate.

This role will require regional travel as needed.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current National Police Clearance.
