Recent growth with a few fabulous new clients means we need more Account Managers to make sure all our clients experience the level of service and professionalism they have come to expect. 

If you are a dynamic, self-motivated, passionate account manager who likes to be busy working with great clients and great products, then you could be just what we are looking for!

 

About the role

No day is the same! You’ll be working with a range of clients and pro-actively building your own accounts. The role requires nurturing clients through the ordering process and ensuring the order is ultimately delivered with complete customer satisfaction.  And of course you’ll be supported all the way through the process.

You’ll be doing things like:

  • contacting warm leads and ensuring timely and consistently reliable follow up
  • Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities and building new relationships
  • Consulting with clients about which products will best meet their needs
  • Quoting of promotional products and services
  • Managing the life cycle of multiple projects from start to finish

You’ll be passionate about making sure your clients get what they need on time and on budget. 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • A successful track record of account management in the corporate market
  •  Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
  •  A high level of motivation – focused on results and ensuring project delivery
  • Outstanding relationship building skills and a customer service mindset
  • Well-developed time management and problem resolution skills – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •  A pro-active approach with a business brain
