Located in Scoresby and reporting to the BDM Project Builders Residential, you will be responsible for the development, management and growth of Builder relationships to capture value-adding opportunities for the company to achieve budgets and growth objectives.

You will offer solutions and knowledge to clients by creating marketplace acceptance and awareness of Bradford applications and the extended Bradford Energy range.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be sales savvy, have a strategic mindset, and enjoy closing the deal by demonstrating your strong technical and building knowledge.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain long term customer relationship demonstrating points of difference to "why deal with Bradford".
  • Set channel business plan in line with budgeted targets.
  • Create and action individual key account business plans.
  • Management of Customer agreement financial benefits including rebates, display product & marketing support.
  • Key point of call for specific sales channel.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the residential segment and a degree in a relevant area.  Your skills and attributes will include:

  • Self-directed Sales Leader
  • Relationship Builder with skill to relate and adapt style across all business levels
  • MS Excel competency
  • Basic finance skills
  • Ability to build and sell Business Case justifications
  • Public speaking and presentation experience across a broad range of audiences
  • Building and construction knowledge including reading building plans, knowledge of BCA requirements
  • Construction Induction Card is desirable

You will be a motivated individual who can remain calm under pressure, be innovative with your trouble shooting ability, think logically and have a strong customer focus. In addition, you will have strong, analytical, verbal and written communication skills and enjoy making a difference!
