Our sales team are looking for their next passionate sales professional to join our high performing team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Zone Manager, you will contribute to the continued development of our market leading brands by developing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

As a Territory Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a team of part time Sales Representatives committed to growth and success.

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Disciplined key in-field execution processes
  • Compliance with agreed customer terms
  • Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • Contribute effectively as a member of an aligned state field team.

You will be an energetic achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results, coupled with superior customer focus. We are looking for a person who is confident in leading others, and should therefore demonstrate management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A track record in sales is desirable, along with experience in, or knowledge of the FMCG industry. Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
