The Company

Fromm has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and services market leading industrial clients all over Australia. Our distribution and operational facility is based near Hornsby NSW.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic Internal Sales Specialist to compliment our Sales Team. This is a highly engaging and influential role.
Fromm has a fully charged sales-engine that powers our sales team with qualified opportunities, every day. Your role is critical in this process and fuels the success of the business. Yep, You are Important!
This is not a 'sink or swim' telesales role. You will be empowered and supported with a dynamic induction and onboarding process. In addition, fully tailored sales training, coaching and mentoring are provided ongoing.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
• A contagious personality and energy!
• Exceptional phone manner
• B2B Lead Gen and telesales experience to achieve targets (we will check references!)
• Demonstrable and deep experience navigating stakeholders and engaging influencers and decision makers.
• Ability to fast track rapport and disarm quickly (quirky is good!)
• Strong reason for succeeding and and self-motivation.
• Passion for building relationships and making a difference.
• Takes pride in all forms of their communication.
• Not terrified of the CRM (we will train you!) to keep it clean.
• Willingness to fight through objections!
• Ferocious follow up! Never say die, attitude.
