The Role

An exciting opportunity currently exists for the successful candidate to join a friendly team, take ownership of this role and the development of the territory.

We seek an experienced Sales representative with either Soft Toy, Gift or Nursery industry background to service a territory that includes a wide range of customers in a variety of sales channels.

The role is based in Brisbane and includes Queensland Metro as well as Queensland Country.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, we are seeking applications from people that are:

  • Passionate about driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Develop Business Plans for customers and seek new accounts within your territory.
  • Utilise reporting to analyse results and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and have great communication skills.
  • Have an understanding of the Independent retail channel.
  • Prepared for regular travel and driving, including overnight stays.

 

You will be working with the National Sales Manager to uncover and create new opportunities in your territory.

We expect you will quickly become an integral and contributing member of the sales team and have a desire to learn, develop and grow your role & career with our organisation.

The successful applicant will have a background in sales, account management and a minimum of 5 years recent experience selling into independent retailers.
