Help, I'm looking for a dynamic, outgoing and bubbly person to help with the day to day running of our boutique portrait studio.
This long term position involves lots of client contact both face to face and by phone, perform viewing and ordering process / manage studio work flow / general office duties. 20+ hrs/wk.
About the role:
-Be first point of contact with prospective clients on the phone and follow up leads to book appointments for photo shoots.
-Manage appointments and communication by phone, email and social media
-Perform viewing and ordering process with clients in the comfort of our studio
Skills and experience:
-Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
-Be able to engage with clients and build strong relationship
-Demonstrated sales-, customer service and admin experience
- social media and computer skills
