The Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to promote and maintain this market leading brand. With an unrivalled market position we are seeking top talent to be part of our success story. Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager you will plan, execute and develop sales initiatives to GPs to educate Practitioners on this high profile product.  This role is responsible for thoroughly understanding the dynamics within your territory (e.g. customers, financial impact, competitors, and patient demographics) and for drawing upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive Business Plan to drive sales within your geographical area.

Role responsibilities:
  • Utilise territory business plans to identify relevant areas and customers that drive sales
  • Achievement of individual territory objectives and company KPI's
  • Facilitation, co-ordination and management of educational meetings, round table meetings and trade displays as required
  • Working collaboratively with your direct and cross-functional team
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare
  • Tertiary qualification/s in Science and/or Business
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and well developed planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to build and leverage solid relationships at all levels
  • High motivation and aptitude to work efficiently in both an autonomous and team environment
  • Have a growth mindset
