About the Role
We are currently in search of a self-driven, tenacious and resilient Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team to drive B2B sales and make the diverse role their own.
We are committed to developing your career with a comprehensive sales training and development program.
You will be a team player with the ability to hit the ground running to generate new leads and sales. If you enjoy working towards exceeding sales targets and KPI's then please read on.
Industry experience is desired but not required, if you have strong B2B sales experience, good research skill and a desire to learn a new industry you will succeed in this role. Sales people with a background in realestate & recruitment have done well in the role in the past.

- Ability to create and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders including blue-chip clients and suppliers

- Mac operating and CRM system proficiency
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business development, sales and telemarketing.
- Experience in the exhibition/events industry
- Cold calling experience.
- Proven experience in developing and growing key accounts and development of new business opportunities via networking, referrals and cold calling.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Knowledge of building materials and manufacturing processes is highly desirable
