Looking for customer service experts for this leading education provider.

This well known education organisation provides assistant and help to those in need. They are looking for a sales officer who is passionate about sales.

You will be responsible for the delivery of superior customer service by handing customer queries from new and existing students, you will assist with resolving enquiries or complaints, identifying and understanding customer needs and educating customers regarding courses, processes and services.

A proven record of contact centre experience coupled with strong influencing and negotiation skills will see you thrive in this role. Your attention to detail, communication and strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a structured environment will be essential.

The hours of operation are Monday to Friday and this is a temporary role initially.

To be successful you will require previous call centre experience experience or strong customer service from a face to face role. You will have strong working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to navigate yourself around various in-house databases.

Minimum requirements:

  • Be an Australian Resident
  • Hospitality Industry Background
  • Sales Oriented
  • Good computer skill including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability for ongoing work from Mon through to Friday
  • Fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish

Key responsibility part

  • Building and developing relationships with corporate customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with educational bodies and referral networks
  • Delivering sales reports and after sales support
