Reverse Alert is an aftermarket automatic braking system for cars, caravans, trucks, RVs and a variety of other vehicles. The Reverse Alert System detects obstructions behind the vehicle that the driver may not see, and automatically stops the vehicle before it hits the object or person. This product helps prevent driveway accidents and can help to save children’s lives.

About the role
Our Brisbane team is seeking a highly motivated individual who is strongly organised and understands the effort and skills required for New Business Development. This role offers a base salary plus commission.

This role requires the successful candidate to display the disciplines associated within a selling environment that is structured and supported with clear goals and directions.

Reporting to the CEO, your sales experience will assist in performing duties including recognising future business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and instigating market research to target business.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Identify, create and manage new business sales opportunities in a proactive and innovative manner;
  • Meet agreed new business sales targets;
  • Plan, implement and evaluate sales activities;
  • Provide reports as required;
  • Meet weekly KPIs

About You
Having had experience in a similar role the following skills and competencies would be no problem for you:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the automotive aftermarket, caravan, RV or related service industries is desirable;
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrated high level of capacity in selling skills with diverse and challenging groups, including the ability to influence and communicate to achieve results;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a "flair" for creativity;
  • Self-motivated with a key willingness to succeed;
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales
  • Current motor vehicle licence.
