Optus Business Partner is seeking professional, well spoken, enthusiastic, reliable and talented people to promote and sell Optus Business Solutions within the SMB market.
This role offers Competitive Package with a Mobile supplied & laptop and offer Uncapped Commission structure with monthly Bonuses & Incentives. Great locations and many store to work from and offers unlimited data base of SMB customer to convert to Optus ,friendly environment and conveniently based in our Melbourne CBD.
Proven sales credentials including experience in B2B and mobile phone / fixed line sales is essential , this will hold you in good stead to develop and take the next step as a sales manager to one day manage a young and dynamic team.
Must be able to be confident to sell over the phone or to go see the customer to offer a total business solution.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The ideal and successful candidates will be able to demonstrate or have the following:
§ Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Customer Service Skills
§ Starting salary $65k + $3500+ monthly commission on reached targets
§ Make out bond calls with decision maker for appointments
§ Be Enthusiastic, Punctual, Honest and Reliable
§ Worked in Teleco before
§ Understand mobile plans and solution selling
§ Willingness to Learn and to be leader
