We are seeking dynamic consultative sales people to support the growth in our online training and education division.
You will be working in a dynamic team of Sales Professionals, lots of energy and fun with a great base salary and attractive comms structure. The call centre is in an awesome space on Swanston street in the CBD, with easy access to PT and all the choice in the world for where to eat when out with your work mates for lunch.
Our space is large and shared with another funky business and is fully fitted out with table tennis and even a piano if you feel inclined to have a play or belt out a song at Friday night drinks :)
Did we mention that the we like to have fun as well as smash Sales Targets !!!!
The role:
Our team of Consultative Sales Consultants are responsible for supporting prospective students and progressing their enquiry through to enrolment.
We are looking for great sales people that can hit the ground running. Unlimited commissions - our success is your success.
About you:
- Previous experience within a fast paced sales environment
- Passionate about people and their story
- A natural Sales Person with a hunger for success
- A keen interest in education
- Needs based, Consultative sales experience a plus
