This dealer Group has been operating on the Sunshine Coast for many years, and has grown to employ almost 200 staff, spread over multiple locations. Due to the departure of a long-standing staff member, the opportunity has arisen for a suitable individual to lead the new car sales activities of this TOP 5 brand. Situated at one of the best locations on the coast, with excellent visibility and a high traffic flow, this has to be one of the best spots on the coast!
To achieve the desired outcomes for this position, the chosen candidate must have the following skills, abilities and experience:
- Strong sales skills and the capacity to overcome objections
- Advanced knowledge of customer service
- High level of presentation
- Ability to work autonomously within a policy/procedure framework
- Ability to set an example for staff to follow
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to lead a team to higher goals
- Perseverance and tenacity
- Demonstrated experience in managing a volume brand and achieving strong gross figures
