Position description
We have a vacancy for someone who can provide high quality Sales and Support to our existing clients and importantly grow our client base. The position is suitable for someone who possesses sound written and verbal communication skills; exhibits a strong work ethic; enjoys working in a small office environment; and is willing to take on new and diverse tasks.
- 3 days a week
- $36K package (including Super)
- 9-5 working hours
The Successful Applicant
To secure this job opportunity, ideally you will have:
- Sales and Marketing experience, preferably but not necessarily in IT
- An in-depth understanding of the sales process and how to implement it
- The ability to utilise client's needs and business dynamics to aid the sales process
- Ability to articulate development and service solutions
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Confidence in selling to senior management within large organisations
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to deliver results by closing proposed sales & maintain a strong relationship with clients
Your client support tasks will involve:
- Sales/Marketing
- Seeking out new sales/client opportunities
- Following up supplied leads
- Phone and online support
- Organising and hosting client seminars/workshops, conferences and webinars
- Update Marketing material
- Manage and oversee the social network platforms including, Facebook, LinkedIn with the aim of driving customer engagement
- Occasional interstate travel
