Sales rep - Construction services

Our Client is in the Construction Hire Equipment industry. They are looking for a sales representative that is self-motivated, well presented, customer focused with a strong desire to succeed, to be best of the best, and have the ability to manage your time and approach specific targets within the construction industry.


Duties:

· Seeking out specific prospects to target and build the overall market share and profitability of equipment hire.
· Develop relationships and network with construction companies.
· Meet minimum weekly quotas regarding meetings with customers/prospects and other metrics relating to prospecting and customer management activities
· Develop equipment packages and pre-qualify customers.
· Prepare and present professional sales proposals.
· Reporting to Management on market trends and feedback from customers
· Negotiating deals to win business in a competitive environment.

Your background:

· Construction sales experience, hoist or scaffolding experience will be highly regarded
· Conduct yourself in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image
· Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
· Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
· Strong sales and service acumen backed by proven experience.
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with strong numeracy skills.
