The Company
Plateau is a leading foodservice distribution business with warehouses in Sydney, Canberra and on the Central Coast of NSW. We are an Australian family owned business with the freedom and appetite for growth. To continue this journey, we are looking for an experienced sales executive to join our dynamic, friendly team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to put their passion, entrepreneurial spirit and market knowledge to work in the Canberra and ACT area. Working closely with our existing food and beverage team, you will be responsible for driving sales through the existing customer base as well as creatively enrolling new customers with a mix of exclusive and mainstream brands.
With a strong customer network of schools in the area, this role would be perfect for a keen candidate that has worked in the school market before.
The Candidate
- Sales experience in the Foodservice Industry
- Building strong customer relationships
- Experience in developing new customers
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Negotiation skills and proven experience making targets
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
