We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Credit Services & Decision Analytics (CSDA) sales team. This is a high energy, high performance and high collaboration team that significantly contributes to the success of the ANZ CSDA business. You will be responsible for building and developing a pipeline of new opportunities across tier 2 and 3 companies and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

 

We’re looking for top performers who demonstrate 5 key attributes: Executive presence, intellect, drive, a strategic/consultative sales mentality and someone who is a strong cultural fit to Experian.

 

Key focus

  • Establish relationships, understand business drivers and sell new CS solutions to identified targets within assigned vertical/territory; with a key focus on data acquisition.
  • Prospect, qualify and develop new potential leads within assigned territory to generate new revenue sources.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs; meetings, revenue etc.
  • Manage all opportunities through to deal closure.
  • Provide thought leadership by bringing new and innovative ideas and technologies to assist the client in attaining their business objectives.
  • Become a trusted business advisor to assigned vertical industries through education, networking and understanding of key initiatives and CS value proposition.
  • Monitor assigned vertical trends and conduct competitor/industry research and analysis, communicate information internally for mutual benefit of CS support Teams.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills/attributes in the following areas:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management
  • Proven track record of over-achievement and ‘hunter mindset’
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Team orientated and results driven
  • Professional and positive outlook
