Your new role;

We are growing rapidly and are hiring a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) position, withing our Customer Success team.  This person will be dedicated to our Communications and Collaboration business unit  -  which includes our 'hero' brand GoToMeeting:

The CRM will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers, such as top 4 banks, supermarkets, telcos and insurers.  They will manage an account portfolio of around $6 million, lead the customer account planning cycles and ensure assigned customer’s needs are met. 

This role has excellent exposure right across the business, working closely with our sales, renewals, product and engineering executives – giving this person a well-rounded breath of experience.  Key tasks:

  • Establish strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Proactively connect with customers to gain an understanding of their needs and ensure they maximize the value of our products and services
  • Perform ongoing analysis of customer engagement and take the necessary measures to increase product usage and adoption
  • Identify incremental opportunities with other business units 
  • Oversee ongoing management and retention 
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs
  • Complete strategic customer account plans
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

If this is you we’d love to hear from you:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relatable experience – in customer success, strategic account management or sales
  • Excellent customer relationship skills; ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships and quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues
  • Some experience in an enterprise business-to-business sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel (mainly domestically)- this position requires roughly 25% travel
