Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Visiting clients and presenting/promoting the Facilities Management service we provide in both Commercial and Residential Strata
• Liasing with and presenting to Owners, Executive Committee members and Strata
• Identify business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with prospects
• Following up new business opportunities
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new service developments to prospective clients
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Attending scheduled Committee meetings

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of Business Development Management and demonstrate the following:

• Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
• Sales, Communication or project management qualification
• Must have excellent communication and IT skills
• Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
• Diplomacy with great creativity/marketing skills
• Organizational Skills and attention to detail
• Team working and leadership skills
• Problem solving skills
• An ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ambition!
