Telephone Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking 3 x Telephone Sales Consultant on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for those who are looking for development opportunities and further up skill themselves within the sales industry.

Our client is a leading Advertising and Marketing brand in Australia based in the CBD. You will get the chance to work with a fantastic working culture that is supportive of career growth and providing opportunities in a fast-moving environment.

With a strong focus on sales, you will be interacting with key stakeholders across different businesses to sell the company's products and services. You will demonstrate a high level of adaptability and ability to deal with pressure, as these are key requirements for the position.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Contacting existing and prospective customers to sell
Identifying areas to up-sell & cross sell to existing customers, where possible
Using objection handling techniques when selling
Utilise keen product knowledge through the sales process
Maintenance and growth of relationships with existing customers
Planning of sales calls to optimise outcomes
Applying keen knowledge of the digital landscape throughout the sales process
Taking inbound and making outbound sales calls

Requirements:

Full working rights
2+ years sales experience including cold calling background
Target driven and background meeting + exceeding targets
Highly motivated and resilient is a must
Proficiency in computer and call center systems - Salesforce or other large ERP systems highly regarded
Digital marketing & advertising background
Outgoing and bubbly individual
Strong verbal communication skills
