Display Home Sales Assistant (Craigieburn)

An iconic builder renowned in the industry for its high-quality homes and service is seeking a professional with exceptional customer service skills to work within their award winning team.
   
This casual role will suit someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to work the below hours. Please note that this role will be required to work every weekend.  

• Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (12pm – 5pm)
• Saturday, Sundays (11am – 5pm)  

The Role:    

• Assist and support a Sales Consultant within the display home
• Liaise, engage and qualify visitors to the display home
• Assist with database management
• Provide general administration and maintenance of inventory stock
• Maintain a clean workplace environment

Skills & Experience:     

• The ability to work required weekdays and weekends
• Previous experience in a customer service / sales role
• Exposure to the building industry or related industry (preferable but not essential)
• Highly energetic, self-motivated and customer focus with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable and well presented
