Our clients' factory, located 60kms South of Cairns, produces Australia's best natural spring bottled water products which are distributed to leading organisations throughout Australia and overseas. Their factory has exciting development plans for the addition of new production lines plus building extensions over the next 18 months.
Head Office is located in Melbourne. Their management team has over 20 years' experience in the food and beverage industry, you will have at your fingertips, a wealth of knowledge and expertise to be able to draw on. The factory is gearing up for a complete new rebuild to be able to incorporate new machinery which will bring the factory up to date with technology and to the highest quality in manufacturing standards.

About the role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be excited to take full ownership of growing the customer base. Your key responsibilities will be to drive new business and increase sales across your region. Your duties will include responding to enquiries and orders that come via Head Office and from exciting clients in the region, therefore you will be highly organised with the ability to multitask.
This role will require you to work autonomously however you have an enormous amount of resources and support in which will only aid and add value to your position.
In this role you will need to:
- Have a demonstrated record of success in Sales
- Be results driven with track record in achieving KPI's and Targets
- Be highly organised and have the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient Computer abilities
- Experience in Google Adwords
- Manage website and social media
- Strong administration skills
- Daily liaison with HO
- Processing online and direct orders
- Open and clear driving record with a reliable vehicle
Ideal Candidate would be someone with a background that includes food and beverage sales within Cairns Region with established customer base.
