About The Role
My client is seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Executive to join the team in Darwin and look after their 2 newly acquired properties. Responsible for local sales and business development, you will work closely with the property manager and front office team to seek new business and build clientele. Reporting to the Property Manager, the position involves identifying, attracting and maintaining corporate clients for the property and the group, including developing sales and marketing plans, identifying and engaging with existing and potential local area accounts, and working with reception/front office staff in lead generation. We are seeking a self motivated, sales focused individual, who has a passion for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. Cold-calling experience is a must!!

- A proven track record in sales or account management is essential
- A determination to be the best, to serve customers better than anyone else
- Strong time management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- A friendly, mature approach to work
