Our client is one of Sydney’s leading promotional product companies with a fantastic reputation in the marketplace working with a variety of high end/blue chip clients!

Due to growth this is an exciting time to join this small and friendly team environment.  They are a well established organisation and no 2 days will be the same.
 
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be involved in a variety of tasks from dealing with suppliers and clients to the final delivery of the end product.  You will also be involved in a wide variety of admin and sales support functions.
 

Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Management of all calls and emails regarding production of a wide and exciting range of promotional products
• Responsible for the end-to-end production of all orders
• Dealing directly with suppliers regarding the status of client orders
• Interactions with clients to ensure all artwork is received on time in the correct format
• Assist with all artwork approvals on behalf of clients
• Assist the sales team with quotes and proposals
• All other admin in relation to your role
• Opportunity to become involved in social media and website management if this interests you

Skills and experience:

• Previous local experience in a similar highly regarded – 2 years+
• Experience within the industry will be advantageous
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail – essential
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a small team environment
• Ability to use “common sense” and initiative
• MS Office skills – WORD and Excel
• Adobe Illustrator – added bonus
