COMPANY
My client is a national dealer selling parts for earth-moving machinery.
With rapid expansion set for NSW, my client is looking for someone with a wealth of experience selling GET, Buckets and Teeth. Looking to ramp things up across all sectors (Mining, Construction, Quarry).
You must have a viable pipeline of existing customers in which you can leverage to be successful in the role.
Furthermore, you will also be expected to help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and kept positive. You will call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict the client’s future needs.
The Role
As a business development manager, you will be responsible for building strong professional relationship with clients, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets, and delivery of high quality service to potential clients.
Your KPI’s will be set by the sales manager and be based on phone and face to face interaction with clients.
You will be assisted by the in-house marketing team with roll out of promotions. This will be of further aid to your sales methodology and strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years selling GET and wear parts into the NSW market
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to close sales through relationship management
- Excellent understanding of the construction markets
- Solid Communication, Analytical & administrative skills
- Good work ethic and passion for the industry
- Willingness to travel
- Trade qualified as diesel mechanic or Plant mechanic would be idea but not essential.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Base: $90,000-$110,000
