Jago is an industry leading customer feedback and online review management provider. Our innovative cloud-based solutions help brands better understand the customer experience and improve their online reputation. We operate in an exciting sector that is enjoying significant growth, combined with a successful round of capital raising, we are seeking to appoint two high calibre Business Development professionals based in Sydney and Melbourne.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
- Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives
- Active contribution to our growth strategy and wider business plan
- Delivery of results against set objectives
- Grow, manage and maintain our CRM database
Skills and Experience:
- Established a reputation of being a polished and professional over achiever having met or exceeded previous sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & oral) with the demonstrated ability to generate and maintain rapport at executive levels
- High levels of drive, autonomy and integrity
- A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
- Creative and resourceful with a positive attitude
- Experience working within the customer feedback or software industry will be highly regarded but not essential
