This global leader in Unified communications space is looking for someone to sell to enterprise accounts whilst managing key global accounts 

Description: 

This company is a worldwide leader in providing a range of quality unified communications solutions. The company is looking for a self starting business development manager to hunt new business within named accounts and to fortify relationships with global key accounts. 

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established company in a growing phase with a focus on increasing market share in a $20 billion industry. Innovative new technologies has spurred the growth and seen them grow 130% Y.O.Y. 

Your duty involves discovering opportunities within named accounts whilst working with key channel partners throughout the process. 

The Role: 

Deal in new business, under a hunter profile role. 
Strategically develop and work on territory/account plans for the region. 
qualify leads and discover new prospects at an Enterprise level. 
Build relationships with existing/new key contacts within prospective clients while uncovering business needs and potential issues. 
High activity to surpass sales quotas a must. 
Implement strategy and ideas that align with company values, culture and vision. 
Develop and secure relationships with key partners in the market. 

The Candidate: 

Proven track record of being an overachiever 
High sales acumen in a fast paced environment 
Proven aptitude to make an effective consultative close 
Sound understanding of the Unified Communications (UC) and/or general ICT 
Strong oral and written communication skills, professional business personality 
High energy individual with a desire to make an impact and achieve career progression 
At least 4+ years sales experience in a BDM position 
Most importantly the right candidate will be driven, self-motivated, willing to learn and can adapt in a fast growing business.
