About Us
Ready Chef Go is a growing gourmet food wholesaler supplying both retail supermarkets and the foodservice industry with a key focus on innovation and superior quality products. We are currently expanding our operations into other states and are looking to build a motivated team in WA to help transition the company to a new level.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate internal sales representative who has the drive to grow sales, this opportunity will particularly suit an individual who has worked in a Call Centre environment with a key focus on customer service and would like to make the switch to an internal sales representative role within the food service industry. Food sales experience would be beneficial however not essential.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful applicant must be passionate about sales and enthusiastic with an energetic professional manner. To succeed in this role you will have excellent customer relationship and business development abilities. Well-developed communication skills with strong verbal communication skills in order to interact effectively with clients over the phone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing a regular call cycle of existing clients via phone.
• Following up leads, cold calling, upselling and value adding.
• Promoting marketing campaigns and other promotional initiatives.
• Striving to exceed KPIs and daily targets.
• Self-motivated to work both autonomously and as a team
• Have a natural sense of urgency to achieve growth for the company
To be successful in the role, you will have the following experience:
• Minimum 2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience – business to consumer
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong sales acumen
• Ability to sustain performance and maintain consistency
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office and other software
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The position is for part time employment and some flexibility will be required regarding hours worked.
