The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Contracts Management team, based in Northmead. As the Contract Management & Pricing Coordinator, you will play an integral role interacting with Commercial Management, Sales, Account Managers and various customers across Australia.
Your responsibilities include maintaining customers, commissions, and sales reconciliations, ensuring system rebates are set up and all rebates are correctly and accurately paid, processing payments for commissions and identifying process improvements.
You will also have accountability for supporting both the Sales & Commercial Management Teams Nationally and will be expected to have robust discussions and influence these stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain positive working relationships.
About You
The role is highly customer service driven, and will require individuals with excellent communication, superior time management and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Proficient with SAP + Intermediate Excel Skills (V Look-Ups + Pivot Tables)
- At least 1-2 years general accounting knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- An analytical thinker
- Results driven with a continuous improvement focus
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
