In this role you will be driving sales growth through managing new and existing accounts. You will be selling a mix of consumables and capital equipment in the Neurosurgery space to hospitals in the Sydney CBD/West region in NSW.

The company has experienced strong growth and prides itself in offering quality products to better patient lives. In line with growth, the company is looking to expand the team in NSW within the Neurosurgery arena.
Description
The role is a Sydney CBD/ West focus Inc. Napean, Westmead (public & private), Sydney Kids, St Vincent’s (public and private), Concord etc. You will be calling Neurosurgeons for the large part as well as Liver Surgeons promoting their Neurosurgery portfolio, predominantly capital equipment into the operating theatre. You will be expected to manage their key accounts and generate additional opportunities to drive your territory and further growth for the business.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in the medical, scientific or hospital sales space (Ideally in the Neurosurgery space)
- Theatre/OR experience desirable
- Capital Sales Experience is a plus
- High level of autonomy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
