About the role:
Your role as a Car Experience Guide is to assist a customer buy the car of their choice. You acknowledge the journey they are on and you support that journey.
You also support our fixed price promise by providing on-line, live market price comparisons, as well as supporting the customer through all their decision making.
You arrange for customer test drives. You arrange trade in valuations. You facilitate every aspect of the way customers choose.
Automotive sales certificate/licence and experience required.
