The Role

  

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of Coca Cola Amatil within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be working across our Restaurants and Cafe channel within the our Chadstone and surronds territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting your customers on a regular call cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunity for the customer and the business
  • Developing strong customer engagement through a collaborative approach
  • Conducting regular business reviews and customer resolutions in store and reviewing outlet execution measures including range, share and activations
  • Developing and executing promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to compliance
  • Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market characteristics through various reporting mechanisms

About You

You are an outgoing and personable individual and have the ability to think on your feet. Your attention to detail and ability to plan ahead and be organised will see you succeed in this position.

You will have experience in building strong business relationships and are able to demonstrate exceptional communication, planning, and organisation skills. Most importantly you will have the desire and passion to succeed, a thirst to learn and be motivated to achieve goals.

  • Experience in working within a sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise your time
  • Passion and for building strong relationships with customer
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated person
  • Commercially aware and self-driven
