Reporting to Asia Pacific regional CEO, you will be part of the regional leadership team, and responsible for developing new and existing business partnerships, and maximising business potential in the Pacific market. Based in Gold Coast, Australia, this role requires extensive travelling within Pacific. This is an individual contributor role in a matrix MNC requiring stellar internal and external engagement skills with keen ability to influence working relationships at all levels to drive business results. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategise, develop & execute three/five-year strategic plan for the Pacific market/
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts, follow through and drive execution of the identified opportunities (lead generation, call center solutions, marketing, memberships, sales decks, key relationships, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship at all levels for key accounts through thorough knowledge of all aspects of business. 

  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure that operations team delivers to key account specifications. 

  • Develop and implement strategic market plans to increase brand awareness and market share. 

  • Provide account management leadership to team which will result in strong business partnerships, to meet sales targets and maximise business potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with at least 10 years of relevant Business, Marketing or Sales Management experience including 3 years in key account management with good class MNCs. 

  • The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality and real estate development industry. An individual with strong analytical and business development skills with proven success in long-term consultative selling business environment.

  • An individual with proven track record of strong analytical and account management skills. High EQ and ability to build strong relationship with key stakeholders.

  • Solid commercial acumen as well as the ability to make significant contributions to the business and overall results. Ability to assess complex business situations and respond by communicating/explaining their implications as well as to evaluate, with the business leaders, the initiatives/options available.

  • Familiarity and experience with Pacific region and is able to make decisions after taking various complexities into consideration.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach and build successful team to support business growth.

  • Strategic & tactical thinker, and good organization and planning skills.
