We are looking for a client relationship professional to manage and grow a portfolio for etouches' event management software clients. This position is a customer service leadership role within the sales team that will focus on client retention and satisfaction, as well as renewal sales of our proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform. Responsibilities of this role include liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction, utilizing customer service skills to resolve client inquiries and conflicts, cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with clients to build loyalty and renewing client agreements. An account manager must understand and demonstrate a vast knowledge about the product and value of the software in order to monitor the client's usage of the software. This position includes offering strategic direction to help clients meet business objectives, gathering client feedback regarding the software in order to aid etouches in creating future technology and understanding current trends, technical information and the competitive nature of the industry. We are interested in someone who can successfully enter sales opportunities into the sales database (Salesforce.com) and effectively manage sales processes, pipeline and forecasting.

Required qualifications include a bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and professional industry working experience, 4+ years of previous account management of sales experience within the global event management industry and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. Experience should be sufficient in client relations and integrating knowledge into multiple disciplines. An account manager must be articulate with effective communication skills and have a high technical aptitude.
